Royal Beluga caviar is the pinnacle of the sturgeon caviar world, renowned for its large, delicate eggs with a glossy, pearl-like sheen. The Beluga sturgeon is the largest freshwater fish in the world. It can take up to 18 years to mature, and only produces a small amount of caviar per fish, making it one of the most sought-after and exclusive types of caviar.
Royal Beluga caviar can be served with Blinis, sour cream, chopped egg whites, minced onion, smoked salmon, cucumber slices, baked potatoes, crème fraiche, and toast points.
